1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FastScreenshotAPI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FastScreenshotAPI provides a REST API for capturing website screenshots. The Service includes free and paid tiers with varying usage limits.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Capture screenshots of illegal content
  • Overwhelm or abuse the API beyond your plan limits
  • Resell the Service without authorization
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures

4. API Keys

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share or expose them publicly. Revoke compromised keys immediately via the dashboard.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Failed screenshots do not count against your quota. Cached responses are free. Overage is billed at your plan's rate.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to service interruptions or data loss.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
